I have the right to decline your commission for whatever reason it may be at the momentProvide a clear digital reference sheet / images of your character, I don’t do written descriptions / real life photosPlease just be clear about the order in general from the start to avoid confusionI am allowed to use the commission work in future portfolios / examples / to post on social media (unless discussed otherwise!)
Payment
Upfront payment is preferred, but you can pay 50% upfront and 50% after the work is finished if you’re more comfortable with thatPAYPAL ONLY. Also, prices are based on $CAD, so, if you live outside Canada, make sure you convert the money before paying (can be easily done through Paypal). Example: you buy a 35$ commission, but you live in the US. $35CAD is around $28USD, so you'd pay $28USD and Paypal should autoconvert it to $CAD.Please pay within 48 hours of ordering the commission! If not, I’ll open up the commission slot to other people
Process
I will begin working on the commission only after being paid the full price/50% discussedPlease tell me if you’d like major changes to be done when I send you the sketch, not after! Changes can still be done after the sketch has already been completed, but they may come at an extra cost depending on how major the change is + the stage of completion of the drawing!Please allow on average 1-2 weeks for the commission to finish, depending on the complexity + how busy I am in real life.You can ask for progress updates at any time! Just be aware I may not respond right away
Credit and Copyright
You are allowed to use my art for any personal use (profile picture, showing to other people, uploading it to ToyHouse, etc) as long as you credit me in some wayCredit must always be to my Twitter or my InstagramDo not remove the signature. You can ask me to move the signature somewhere else as long as it stays visible on the drawing.Do not use my drawing for commercial use (making money with it in any way)Do not claim my work as your own
Refund policies
There will be no refund given after the work has already been finishedI will only refund in full if I am not able to complete the commission for whatever reason.You are allowed to cancel the commission if you haven’t already paid. If you cancel after you have already paid, and I have already spent time working on it, I will only refund you proportionate to how much work I’ve already done.
